Kindly be informed that according to Article (59) of Resolution (1) of 2020 issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), participation in and voting on General Assembly resolutions by Association members who own a unit with joint ownership (more than one person), will be limited to the following methods; (1) through a proxy (notarized power of attorney approved by the Ministry of Justice), or (2) a legal representative (with a document proving the authorization), or (3) through a voting paper signed by the joint owners or their legal representative. Also, please note that only one person within the same ownership is allowed to participate in the meeting and vote on resolutions.

Accordingly, we call on all members of the Association who are joint owners to follow these instructions to be able to participate in the meeting and vote on resolutions. Noting the necessity to send copies of proxies (for individuals) and authorization documents (for companies) to the Association at least 3 days before the date of the General Assembly meeting on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 6:00 pm in the main hall of Riffa Views International School.

These members can also participate in the meeting by voting on the resolutions in the voting paper (attached), which includes all the resolutions that will be voted on in the General Assembly meeting.
