The service charges (annual subscriptions) collected from the of owners are extremely important for the preservation of the Riffa Views’ community, as they are essential for the management and maintenance of common areas, operation of public facilities and provision of the necessary for delivering the services of security, cleaning and maintenance of communal gardens and green spaces.
The Riffa Views Owners Association determines the service charge according to the expenses required by the comprehensive management of the Riffa Views’ community. The Board of Directors oversees the payment of the annual contributions and encourages the owners to pay them at the times specified by the relevant legislation, laws, regulations, provisions and articles.

Late Payment Compensation
Any owner that fails to make a payment within three months of its due date or in the case of a payment on demand within three months of the date specified in such demand will pay to RVOA late payment compensation (calculated daily) on any sum that has fallen due and is unpaid, such late payment compensation to be initially calculated on the basis of 12 months of 30 days each and in accordance with the following formula:

where:
a: is the unpaid amount; and
n: is the number of days that the sum remains unpaid.
but subject to amendment from time to time by a Resolution of RVOA.
