I confirm that I will pay the required deposit as per RVOA By-Laws and understand the deposit will be refunded net of any penalties based on the Post Construction Survey Report.

I undertake that constructions will be as per drawings approved by RV; otherwise, the Association Manager has the full authority to stop any construction work done in my property and I undertake to rectify the violation at my own cost.

I acknowledge that the new additional built-up area will be added to the original built-up area of my villa when calculating next Service Charge Fees.

I undertake to clear and remove all debris from site; otherwise, cost of removal should be deducted from my deposit.

The Association Manager has the full right to deduct any amount from the insurance deposit if I and/or my contractor violate the LAC rules.

I understand that all contractors working in my villa should follow construction HSE guidelines and I am fully responsible for any accident to personal and property, and they must follow working hours without causing any disturbance to neighbors.

Nothing should detract from the aesthetic appearance of Riffa Views Development i.e. (A/C units, water heaters, water tanks, ducting, conduits, etc.).
