As part of the strategic initiatives launched by the Board Association, we are pleased to inform you that Rose, Jasmine, and Razji flowering plants will be distributed to all units in Riffa Views. The security team will oversee these distributions, and the glowers will be placed at the entrances of the units. This initiative aims to promote environmental sustainability and encourage all residents to take care of their gardens and preserve one of the most distinctive features of Riffa Views, which is known for its beautiful gardens and green areas.

We are reaching out to remind you about the use of golf carts, motorbikes, and quad bikes within our community. Our priority is to ensure that our community remains a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. To achieve this, we kindly remind all residents to adhere to the community rules and regulations regarding vehicle use. The use of golf carts is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Motorcycles and quad bikes without license plates are strictly prohibited in Riffa Views. For your information, several incidents involving golf carts have been reported recently due to their use by children, posing significant risks of serious harm to both lives and property. The most recent incident involved a golf cart carrying ??? children, which veered off the road and collided with a streetlight pole and the Lagoon Masjid building in November. It’s important not to overlook these guidelines, as doing so could lead to serious safety risks, so we appreciate your attention and cooperation in reviewing them and ensuring that all household members are aware of and comply with these rules.
