Most Riffa Views’ units include home gardens, and the Riffa Views Owners Association receives owners’ requests for the maintenance of their gardens. It approves the requests and issues gate passes to contractors.

Specific No Exception Requirements:

To avoid contamination of the golf course, lawns are to be planted only with the following species of grasses:

  • Seashore Paspalum
  • Sea Isles Supreme
  • Sea Isles 2000
  • Salam

To avoid damages on underground services by aggressive roots of some trees species, such as Conocarpus, these trees will not be allowed to be planted.

Provide the proper drawings for the proposed landscaping design.
