Kindly be informed that all Association members who have not paid their service charge for the year 2023 in full, will not have the right to vote on any resolutions during the 5th General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association scheduled on April 20, 2024. Non-paying members will have the right to attend and participate in the discussion only. 

Accordingly, the Association’s Board of Directors calls on all members to ensure they pay any outstanding service charge for the year of 2023 in order to be able to fully participate in the General Assembly meeting. A number of important issues will be discussed during the General Assembly, and the decisions voted on during the General Assembly will be binding on all RVOA members.
