We have received several requests from unit owners to install shade structures outside the boundaries of their units in violation of the Association's By-Laws, which prohibit the installation of any temporary or permanent structure that encroaches on the common areas.

In order to find a solution for the installation of these shades, all units that have spaces within their boundaries may install shades only within their boundaries, according to the technical specifications determined through a study conducted by Riffa Views and approved by the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association. Attached are examples of the shades that may be installed.

We assure you that these specifications have been established with the aim of preserving the aesthetics of the units and their market value, as well as preserving the external appearance of the Riffa Views development, which is something that we all strive to achieve and to the general benefit of all.
