Board Meeting no. (8/2/2022) on September 27, 2022

The Board of Directors held its meeting no. (8/2/2022) on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 10:00 am at the headquarters of the Riffa Views Company, and issued its decisions according to the items below:

1- Approval of the Minutes of Meeting No. 7/2/2022 held on September 20, 2022:

The Board decided to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.

2- List of the Association's Development Projects Supervised by the Association Manager, RV Real Estate:

The Board discussed a report detailing the list of the Association's development projects managed by RV Real Estate Company (the Association Manager). During the discussion, the Board praised the efforts of the Association Manager in implementing all development projects and overseeing the progress of contractors. In this regard, the Board of Directors approved the following:

- Updating the list of these projects in the monthly report of the Association Manager's work.

- Addressing the Ministry of Works to take necessary measures to prevent rainwater from flowing from Street 96 into the Riffa Views fence, to avoid any potential damage to the units.
