Board Meeting no. (6/2020) on February 9, 2020

The Board of Directors held its meeting no. (6) for the year 2020 on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 5:45 pm at the headquarters of the Riffa Views Company, and issued its decisions according to the items below:

1- Unaudited financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2019

The Board reviewed the financial statements and decided to assign the Treasurer to meet with the financial auditor to discuss all aspects related to the accounts’ auditing work.

2- Association Manager Monthly Report of January 2020

The Board discussed the report with the Association Manager and decided to send a circular to the homeowners stating the status of Annual Subscriptions (Service Charge) payment for the first quarter of 2020. Also, the Board required the Association Manager to prepare a monthly report that includes requests for Landscaping and Architectural Change (LAC) to be submitted to the Board of Directors for its approval.

3- Final report of the tender for the provision of security services in Riffa Views

The Board reviewed the final report on the technical and financial evaluation of the tender bids for the provision of security services in Riffa Views, which were submitted by companies that qualified for the tender in its final stage, and the Board decided to hold an elaborated meeting with the company that won the first place in the technical and financial evaluation to discuss all aspects related to business and the duties that the company will undertake to enhance security measures in Riffa Views, and that is before the Board of Directors takes the decision to award the tender to one of the qualified companies.

4- Discussing the technical and financial report for each of the cleaning services tender and the garbage collection services tender

The Board reviewed the technical and financial report regarding offers made for each of the cleaning services tender and the garbage collection tender, and decided to merge the two tenders into one tender.

5- Discussing the technical and financial report for the provision of pest control services tender

The Board approved awarding a tender for providing pest control services to Gulf PC Company for a period of two years.

The meeting concluded at 8:20 pm, and the next meeting was scheduled to take place on Sunday 16 February 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Riffa Views headquarters.
