Referring to the inquiries we received about the resolution of the General Assembly of the Riffa Views Owners Association at the meeting held on April 24, 2021, regarding not calculating Service Charge for additional built-up area of 10% deducted from the original building area of the unit.

Accordingly, we would like to inform you that this resolution has been implemented and all Service Charge bills have been amended for all units benefiting from the additional construction, starting from the bills for the last quarter of 2021.

With regard to the Owners who paid the Service Charges annually in advance at the beginning of the year 2021, a (Credit Note) has been added to them in their bills.
