For further clarification, we attach some photos that were recently taken, and we draw your attention to the fact that the By-Laws of the Association registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) prohibits such practices and permits the imposition of financial penalties (BD 200) to be added in the Service Charge invoice.

Accordingly, the RVOA Board of Directors decided to send official notifications to all violating unit Homeowners in order to avoid the Association incurring unnecessary expenses, if these violations are repeated, the financial penalty due to the unit Homeowner will be recorded.
