We would like to inform you that Riffa Views Management has received complaints from residents regarding vehicle violations in Riffa Views. In order to address these complaints, the RV Security Team will monitor all vehicle and traffic violations, which are inconsistent with the regulations and rules in Riffa Views, and these violations are:

• Driving golf carts for those under the age of 18 or not following safety and security procedures while driving golf carts.
• Driving recreational quad motorbikes.
• Driving in a manner that threatens the safety of others, trespass private property, or causes disturbing noises.
• Blocking streets or obstructing traffic.
• Parking vehicles incorrectly in public parking, or in a manner that obstructs traffic.
• Using public parking for storage or long-term parking.
• Parking vehicles in emergency lanes and or areas identified with "maintenance areas" or "no parking" or over green areas or inside communal gardens.
• Failure to comply with the maximum speed of traffic of 30 km/h.
• Carry out cleaning, maintenance, or repair of vehicles in common areas.
• Not cleaning the vehicles or leaving them in a condition that causes distortion of the aesthetic appearance.
