To Association members,

In response to inquiries received from a number of homeowners regarding options to participate in the second General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association which is scheduled for April 17, 2021.

Kindly be informed that if an owner cannot attend the second General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association, he/she can participate in the meeting by voting on the resolutions through the Voting Paper (attached), which includes all the resolutions that will be voted on in the General Assembly meeting.

Please note the following:

• Each written resolution must be marked with a yes or no on the Voting Paper.

• The Voting Paper must be filled out and signed by the owner.

• If the unit is owned by more than one person (joint ownership), then all unit owners must sign the Voting Paper.

• If the unit is owned by a legal entity, the Voting Paper shall bear the company stamp and signed by authorized persons.

• In all cases, the Voting Paper must be witnessed by an adult. Copies of the identity card (CPR) or passport of both the owner and the witness must be attached.

• The voting paper must be submitted to the Association prior to the scheduled General Assembly meeting by email residents@riffaviews.com, or WhatsApp 39996117 or by hand delivery to the RVOA office P-197.
