Third-party legal opinion to review the Master Transfer Agreement

With reference to our email dated 26/12/2019 regarding the formation of a subcommittee to review the Master Transfer Agreement.


We hereby urge all owners to send us their constructive comments/remarks for review. We are also available for discussion if required. Once reviewed the comments will be presented to the Board for further action

Moreover, the Board of Directors will get a third-party legal opinion on all outstanding points that have not been resolved or clarified by the developer.

رأي قانوني من طرف محايد بشأن اتفاقية النقل الرئيسية

بالإشارة إلى رسالتنا الإلكترونية الصادرة بتاريخ 26 ديسمبر 2019 بخصوص تشكيل لجنة لمراجهة مسودة اتفاقية النقل الرئيسية.


نتوجه إليكم بهذه الرسالة، راجين منكم إبداء ملاحظاتكم البنّاءة على اتفاقية النقل لما يخدم مصلحة الرفاع فيوز والمُلاك، وذلك للاطلاع عليها ومناقشتها معكم إن لزم الأمر، حتى نتمكن من رفع التوصيات إلى مجلس الإدارة لإجراء اللازم. وللعلم، فإنّ مجلس الإدارة سيستعين بمستشار قانوني كطرف ثالث لإبداء الرأي القانوني اللازم في كامل النقاط العالقة والتي لم يتمّ التوصل إلى حلها أو توضيحها من قبل (المطوّر).
