With reference to our previous correspondence on the above topic, we are pleased to share the following update:

Water flowing from outside the Riffa Views: Thankfully, we were able to control the situation and minimize the damage caused by water flowing from outside the Riffa Views (Road 96 and Al Awali area), with the great cooperation of all service providers in the community.

Rainwater accumulation on Road 96: The Riffa Views team, in collaboration with ENOVA, continues its efforts to minimize the accumulation of rainwater on Road 96, parallel to the Lagoon Gate, to prevent cracks in the community wall. This is being achieved by draining the water through the internal drainage network using pumping units.

Cleaning internal roads in Riffa Views: The Riffa Views team has started cleaning the internal roads in Riffa Views in cooperation with service providers, starting from the most affected roads and is expected to complete the cleaning work within the next two days, and we are happy to inform you that all roads have been opened.

Rainwater pits within Riffa Views: The rainwater pits within Riffa Views have contributed to the containment of large quantities of water, and the Riffa Views team will be pulling water from these pits in the coming days, and making sure that the drainage network pipes within Riffa Views are flowing smoothly.

Assets, facilities, and common areas: The Riffa Views team has started inspecting all assets, facilities, and common areas, including the communal gardens belonging to the Riffa Views Owners Association, and a comprehensive report is currently being finalized to address all damages, and the communal gardens will be inspected and immediately started to prepare them and remove the accumulated water as soon as possible.

In conclusion, we assure you that our endeavors will continue to remove all damages caused by the heavy rains as soon as possible, and we will provide you with updates as soon as possible.
