By-Law 3.7 Administrative and Financial Measures

During the General Assembly meeting held on April 24, 2021, the RVOA has agreed the following administrative and financial measures:

Pet Violations:

• 1.1 Failure to remove pet waste from common areas/Financial penalty = BD 100
• 1.2 Failure to ensure that pets remain in unit premises at all times / Financial penalty = BD 50
• 1.3 Failure to place a warning sign on the unit’s fence indicating the presence of a domestic pet / Financial penalty = BD 25
• 1.4 Leaving domestic pets (dogs) without a leash / Financial penalty = BD 25
• 1.5 Allowing domestic pets to cause excessive noise, disturbance, or harm to others / Financial penalty = BD 25

Therefore, Association Manager will send notices to residents in violation to the above by-laws along with an invoice with the amount set for each violation.
