We are very pleased to inform you that RVOA (Certification No. OA2020/0119) has been officially registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). RERA has also certified the Riffa Views By-Laws (copy attached).

We are also pleased to inform you that RERA approved the members of the Board of Directors of RVOA on March 15, 2020 (certificate copy attached). In addition, RV Real Estate Co. S.P.C has been appointed the Owners Association Manager.

The RVOA Board of Directors is pleased to inform you of the following:

1. The Board of Directors has held, since being elected at the General Assembly meeting held on December 7, 2019, a total of (9) official meetings between December 15, 2019 and March 15, 2020.
2. The Board of Directors is implementing all resolutions which were approved at the General Assembly held on December 7, 2019, especially the following resolutions:

• Review the Master Transfer Agreement for approval at the next General Assembly.
• Review the Riffa Views Master Plan for approval at the next General Assembly.
