Kindly be informed that the General Assembly meeting of the Riffa Views Owners Association, which was held yesterday on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 6:00 pm, did not meet the legal Quorum required to hold the meeting.

Accordingly, the General Assembly meeting was postponed to Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 6:00pm in Riffa Views International School, and this second meeting does not require a Quorum, as it shall be validly convened by presence of any number of members.

We invite you to attend this meeting, if you are unable to attend the meeting, you can participate by voting on the resolutions in the voting paper (attached), which includes all the resolutions that will be voted on in the General Assembly meeting. We ask you to fill out the voting paper and send it back by e-mail no later than Thursday, March 17, 2022.
