Planting in Common Areas Requirements

In implementation of the owners’ requests to allow them to carry out landscaping and planting works in the Common Areas, including the front facades of the units, we would like to inform you that the RVOA Board of Directors has approved the unit owners’ planting in Common Areas, in accordance with the following requirements and standards:

• Cost: Villa owner shall bear all related costs including irrigations, excavation, sand filling, etc.
• Excavation Depth: Due to existence of services, deep excavation is not allowed for streetscape, maximum depth is 700mm and as per site conditions.
• Existing Trees: No trees to be removed or relocated except small plants and shrubs.
• Health: Plants to be healthy with no signs of pest or disease.
• RV Standards: Work will be done under supervision of the Association Manager and as per RV standards.
• Fruit & Produce: Allowable to public.
• Maintenance: Only regular maintenance operations will be done by the landscaping company with no liability on RVOA. Cost of any special treatment will be borne by the villa owner.
• Liability: Neither RVOA nor Association Manager shall be held responsible for any damage to the plants.
• Plants Ownership: Will be transferred to RVOA.

In all cases, the unit owner must obtain prior approval by submitting a request to the Association by filling out the eService form available on the website at the address below together with the drawings:

The specialists will begin studying the application and communicating with the unit owner in this regard.

اشتراطات ومعايير الزراعة في الأجزاء المشتركة

تنفيذا لطلبات المُلاك في السماح لهم للقيام بأعمال تشجير وزراعة في الأجزاء المشتركة ومنها الواجهات الأمامية للوحدات، نفيدكم علمًا إلى أن مجلس إدارة اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز قد وافق على قيام مُلاك الوحدات بالزراعة في هذه الواجهات الأمامية، وذلك وفقاً للاشتراطات والمواصفات التالية:

• يتحمل مالك الوحدة جميع التكاليف المترتبة على ذلك بما في ذلك تمديدات الري وأعمال الحفر والزراعة وغيرها.
• يجب ألا يتجاوز الحد الأقصى للحفر عن 70 سم، ويتغير ذلك بحسب الموقع والخدمات الموجودة.
• لا يجوز إزالة الأشجار المزروعة سابقاً أو نقلها باستثناء النباتات والشجيرات الصغيرة.
• يجب أن تكون جميع المزروعات خالية من أي علامات للآفات أو الأمراض.
• يجب أن يقوم المختصين في شركة مدير الاتحاد بالإشراف الفني على جميع الأعمال ذات الصلة
• في حال زراعة الأشجار المثمرة فإن الثمار ستكون متاحة للجميع.
• صيانة المساحات المزروعة ستكون مقتصرةً على مزوّد خدمات صيانة الزراعة المعتمد في الاتحاد، وأي تكلفة إضافية سيتحملها مالك الوحدة.
• لا يتحمل الاتحاد أو شركة مدير الاتحاد أي مسؤولية عن إحداث أي ضرر يتم للأشجار المزروعة.
• يدرك مالك الوحدة ويتفهم تماماً أن ملكية هذه الأجزاء وما عليها هي ملك حصري للاتحاد وينتفع به جميع مُلاك الوحدات.

وفي جميع الأحوال فإن على مالك الوحدة الحصول على الموافقة المسبقة عبر التقدم بطلب إلى الاتحاد من خلال ملء الاستمارة الإلكترونية المتوفرة في الموقع الإلكتروني على العنوان أدناه مع إرفاق الرسومات:
