Applying Financial Penalties to units Causing Waterflow to Streets

With reference to previous circulars issued by the Association Manager regarding the above topic, effective March 1, 2024, financial penalties will be applied to units that cause waterflow to streets due to cleaning the unit or vehicles as per RVOA By-Laws that stipulates the imposition of a financial penalty of BD 200. Such financial penalties will be added to the service charge invoice of the violating unit.

We ask all residents and homeowners to educate their domestic workers not to cause waterflow to streets, as it leads to water wastage and damage to the outer layer of street asphalt, which results in additional costs to the association.

تطبيق الجزاء المالي للوحدات التي تتسبب في جريان المياه إلى الشوارع

بالإشارة إلى الإشعارات السابقة الصادرة من مدير الاتحاد بشأن الموضوع أعلاه نفيدكم علمًا إلى أنه بدءً من تاريخ 1 مارس 2024 سيتم تطبيق لائحة الجزاءات المالية على الوحدات التي تتسبب في جريان المياه إلى الشوارع وفقا للنظام الرئيسي لاتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز الذي ينص على فرض جزاء مالي بقيمة 200 دينار، ويتم احتساب هذا الجزاء المالي ضمن فاتورة رسوم الخدمة التابعة للوحدة المخالفة.

نحث جميع السكان والمُلاك على توعية العاملين لديهم بعدم التسبب في جريان المياه إلى الشوارع، حيث يؤدي ذلك إلى هدر المياه وإتلاف الطبقة الخارجية لأسفلت الشوارع، الأمر الذي يحمل الاتحاد نفقات مالية إضافية.
