No Objection Certificate (NOC) Rules

  • The original copy of this certificate has been provided to the notary.
  • This certificate does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights mentioned in the terms of the sale and purchase agreement and the commitment agreement signed by the owner, and any other rights in favor of the Riffa Views Owners Association mentioned in the laws, legislations and decisions issued by the official authorities, and the internal regulations governing the work of the Association.
  • This certificate is only valid for one month from the date it was issued.
