Important Reminder Regarding Unauthorized Vehicle Use in the Riffa Views Community

We are reaching out to remind you about the use of golf carts, motorbikes, and quad bikes within our community.

Our priority is to ensure that our community remains a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. To achieve this, we kindly remind all residents to adhere to the community rules and regulations regarding vehicle use.

• The use of golf carts is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Motorcycles and quad bikes without license plates are strictly prohibited in Riffa Views.

For your information, several incidents involving golf carts have been reported recently due to their use by children, posing significant risks of serious harm to both lives and property. The most recent incident involved a golf cart carrying ??? children, which veered off the road and collided with a streetlight pole and the Lagoon Masjid building in November.

It’s important not to overlook these guidelines, as doing so could lead to serious safety risks, so we appreciate your attention and cooperation in reviewing them and ensuring that all household members are aware of and comply with these rules. إن أولويتنا هي ضمان أن يبقى مجتمعنا بيئة آمنة وممتعة للجميع. ومن هذا المنطلق، نؤكد على ضرورة الالتزام بالقواعد واللوائح الخاصة باستخدام المركبات، والتي تم وضعها لحماية سلامة ورفاهية جميع السكان.

• يُسمح باستخدام عربات الجولف للأشخاص الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا فما فوق فقط.
• يُحظر استخدام الدراجات النارية والدراجات الرباعية التي لا تحمل لوحات ترخيص داخل الرفاع فيوز.

وللعلم، فقد تم الإبلاغ مؤخرًا عن عدد من الحوادث المتعلقة بعربات الجولف بسبب استخدامها من قبل أطفال، الأمر الذي كاد أن يتسبب في إصابات خطيرة في الأرواح والممتلكات، كان آخرها انحراف عربة جولف من الشارع تحمل 5 أطفال واصطدامها بعمود إنارة ومبنى مسجد البحيرات بتاريخ 3 نوفمبر 2024، وقد تسبب ذلك في تلف عمود الإنارة وخدوش في مبنى المسجد.

من المهم عدم التغافل عن هذه الإرشادات، لأن ذلك قد يؤدي إلى مخاطر جسيمة على السلامة، لذا نُقدّر تعاونكم واهتمامكم بمراجعتها وضمان وعي جميع أفراد الأسرة بها والالتزام بتطبيقها. يمكنكم العثور على القواعد واللوائح مرفقة لمراجعتها.
