On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association, we wish all of you continued good health and wellness.

I am pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors has completed the preparatory work for the next General Assembly, which will be conducted in accordance with provisions contained in Resolution No. (1) 2020, regulating owners associations of joint properties, issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

We had planned to invite all members of the association who to attend the General Assembly meeting in person on February 21, 2021. 

However, due to Covid-19 restrictions imposed by the National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (Covid-19), specifically the latest Administrative Circular issued on January 11, 2021 (which prohibits the holding of gatherings and conferences in all closed and open facilities until further notice), we had to postpone holding a physical meeting. 

The Board of Directors is studying alternative solutions for this General Assembly meeting and we will keep you updated once we have agreed on an alternative solution in coordination with RERA.
