It has been noted during recent inspection tours on golf course that many villas have kept garden waste, tree branches on golf land behind the villas. The overhanging branches and fallen leaves also create an issue for Golf maintenance team in terms of maintaining the cleanliness of the area and affecting the overall appearance of our beautiful community.

Some other villas have planted creepers, opened drain lines on Golf land without prior permission from RGC.

We kindly request you to arrange for the overhanging branches to be trimmed back to your property line, garden waste and any plants on Golf Land to be removed within 3 working days. Should no action be taken within the period given, RVRE will carry out cleaning and back charge the homeowners.

It is important to know that Golf Course is a private property owned by the Royal Golf Club, nothing should be left on a private property nor access to it shall be given without prior approval from RGC management.
