As part of our inspection tours to all common areas, we have noticed that some of homeowners have planted, decorated and put furniture outside their property lines which is considered violations of community rules and regulations.

Please note the following clauses from the community rules:

7.21 Owners or Occupiers installing exterior lighting on their Properties must ensure that such lighting does not cause any nuisance to neighboring Properties.

3.11 Owners and Occupiers must not keep, store or place any items in, within or on the Public Realm at any time without the prior written approval.

7.17 Plants and trees should be planted having regard to their future size and in a location that will ensure that they do not overgrow the boundaries of the Property.

Therefore, we will be sending notices to violators requesting immediate removal, failing to comply will result in taking action and adding the cost to villa service charge.
