Dear RV Owners, please note that in case you wish to have a Notarized Proxy (Private Notary) to attend and vote at the General Assembly Meeting of Riffa Views Owners Association to be held on Saturday 30th November 2019 at Riffa Views International School at 7:00 pm, we appoint Mr. Akram Alhaj - Private Notary, to attend and be present at the following times:

• 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Saturday - 16/11/2019 - Majlis Hall at the Royal Golf Club
• 9:00 am to 11:00 am - Sunday - 17/11/2019 - Riffa Views Management Office
• 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday - 18/11/2019 - Riffa Views Management Office
• 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm - Tuesday - 19/11/2019 - Riffa Views Management Office
• 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Wednesday - 20/11/2019 - Riffa Views Management Office
• 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Thursday - 21/11/2019 - Riffa Views Management Office

However, you can also perform the Notarized Proxy attested by the Notary Directorate of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, or through any approved private notary.

In order to authenticate the proxy, we need:

From individual owner(s): 

• Original and copy of CPR(s).
• Copy of Title Deed(s).

From company(ies) owner(s): 

• Original and copy of Partners or General Assembly Resolution that assigns a person to sign the POA.
• CR copy.
• Recent CR extract (dated not more than one week).
• Original and copy of CPR for the assigned signatory.
• Copy of the title deed.

According to the procedures and circulars issued by RERA, regarding the meetings of the General Assembly of the Owners Associations, all proxies signed in Bahrain these must be notarized.
