At the request of several owners whose villas to purchase additional strips facing the golf course side, we would like to inform you that a coordination meeting with RGC’s Board of Directors was held. Initial approval to sell those strips has been considered provided that there is interest from majority of villa owners to purchase.

Please find attached masterplan indicating proposed approximate areas of additional strips for your consideration.

For those villas that overlook the golf course, we kindly ask you to inform us of your interest to purchase, by sending e-mail to: residents@riffaviews.com, no later than 15th November 2022.

You will be updated with the final decision of the RGC's Board of Directors in this regard.
