Southern Municipality’s delegation visits Riffa Views

The “Riffa Views”, the real estate developer of the Riffa Views project, has held an official meeting with the representatives of the Southern Area Municipality, in the presence of the officials of the RV Real Estate Company, led by the Owner Association Manager of the Riffa Views Owners’ Association, at the Royal Golf Club’s meeting hall.

The meeting was within the framework of the coordination meetings held by Riffa Views with various government departments to discuss ways to enhance procedures to develop work at the Riffa Views’ community.

On the occasion, Managing Director of the Riffa Views Company, Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee, lauded the great support of the Southern Area Municipality’s officials, led by Eng. Assim Abdullatif Abulla, for the Riffa Views, valuing highly the on-going great cooperation between the Southern Area Municipality’s departments and directorates and the Riffa Views’ management.

Al-Raee indicated that the Southern Area Municipality’s visit had achieved its goals, and contributed to providing first-hand information about the Riffa Views project’s components, facilities and estates.

During the meeting, Business Development Director at the Riffa Views, Abdulrahim Haji, welcomed the Southern Area Municipality’s delegation, noting that the relevant officials at the Riffa Views’ project are carrying out their work in accordance with the laws and regulations governing municipal work in the kingdom, as well as the laws, edicts and by-laws regulating the work of joint real estate projects.

Haji lauded the support of the Southern Area Municipality’s officials for the issuance of all building and construction permits according to the agreed upon regulations, stressing, at the same time, the importance of holding such meetings and exchanging visits in strengthening joint work, enhancing constructive communication, discussing all topics and issues of mutual interest and developing all procedures through which the construction, maintenance and repairing of units at the Riffa Views could be organised, which, he said, would result in improving the quality of the delivered services.

On her part, Head of inspection and control permits at the Southern Area Municipality, Eng. Maryam Mohammed Al Seddeeqi, praised the meeting, noting that all the Southern Area Municipality’s directorates and departments operate in accordance with an integrated administrative system aimed at achieving the interests of all parties.

She also valued highly the procedures enforced by the Riffa Views, in coordination with the Southern Area Municipality, in order to follow up on, and issue the building and construction licenses for the Riffa Views’ owners.

During the meeting, procedures and organizational regulations governing the issuance of municipal licenses, including the articles included in the Community By-Law of the Riffa Views Owners Association, were reviewed.

Members of the delegation also toured all areas of Riffa Views, and were informed about the main landmarks of the Riffa Views’ community, including the golf course, masjids, the three estates (The Park, the Oasis and the Lagoons), the artificial lakes, green spaces and gardens.

They also followed the implementation of a number of building, maintenance and construction works requests that had been licensed by the Southern Area Municipality and made by the owners.
