We would like to bring to your attention that Riffa Views has received several complains about Pets. 

Please note that the Development Regulations stipulate the following in Clause 6 with reference to Pets:

Pets

• Animals may not be brought onto the development or kept at any property, except that the keeping of dogs, cats and other domestic pets be permitted subject to such rules as the asset company may impose from time to time.

• Where permitted, only a reasonable number of domestic pets will be allowed per property, provided that all such domestic pets must be secured within the boundaries of the property at all times.

• Pets must be kept on leash at all times when in public or common areas and help by a person capable of controlling the animal at all times while in common areas.

• Pets must not be unattended (or tethered) in the common areas or around the golf course.

• Pet’s owners will be responsible for removing their pet’s waste from the common areas.

• Owners will be liable for financial penalties for, and to compensate the developer and any relevant person for the loss caused by, any mess or damage caused by their pets.

• Excessive or repeated animal noise, such as dog barking, will be considered a nuisance and is not permitted.

• All pets must be properly collared or tagged.

• The outside areas of any Properties which have pets must be kept sanitary and without offensive odors.
