Riffa Views Owners Association Bank Account Details

First, we would like to wish everyone a blessed holy month of Ramadan.


We are very pleased to inform you that a dedicated bank account in the name of (Riffa Views Owners Association) has been opened with Kuwait Finance House (Account Number: 111010006271). Accordingly, all payments of service charge invoices shall be paid directly to the Association's Account.


In this regard and within the framework of the new regulations and resolutions issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the By-laws of RVOA, we would like to call upon all owners to commit to paying their annual subscriptions on time in order to be able to deliver high quality services, and to continuously improve them, which will require paying the service providers' dues according to the contractual terms.

تفاصيل الحساب البنكي باسم اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز

بداية نود أن ننتهز الفرصة لنبارك لكم قرب حلول شهر رمضان الكريم أعاده الله علينا بالخير واليمن والصلاح.


كما يسعدنا إعلامكم بأنه قد تم الانتهاء من كافة الإجراءات الرسمية لفتح الحساب البنكي باسم اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز (Account Name: Riffa Views Owners Association) لدى بيت التمويل الكويتي تحت حساب رقم (Account Number: 111010006271)، وعليه فإن جميع مدفوعات فواتير رسوم الخدمة في الرفاع فيوز سيتم دفعها مباشرةً إلى حساب الاتحاد.


وفي إطار التشـريعات الجديدة والقرارات الصادرة من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري واللوائح المنظمة لعمل اتحاد مُلاك الرفاع فيوز، نتطلع من جميع المُلاك الالتزام بسداد الاشتراكات السنوية في مواعيدها المحددة، وذلك لضمان مواصلة اتحاد المُلاك تقديم كافة الخدمات بجودة عالية وتطويرها وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات والخبرات والتي تحقق تطلعاتكم، كذلك من أجل الحفاظ على الوفاء بمستحقات مزودي الخدمات في المواعيد المقررة لها وفقاً للعقود والاتفاقيات المبرمة.
