RERA calls on Riffa Views’ owners to participate in the RVOA’s General Assembly

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) called on all Riffa Views’ unit owners to participate in the General Assembly of the Riffa Views’ Owners Association (RVOA), set to be held on November 30th, 2019, at 19:00 at the Riffa Views’ International School.
In a circular sent to all owners, RERA said that the real estate developer (Riffa Views B.S.C)’s call for the RVOA’s General Assembly was in accordance with Law 27/2017 promulgating the Real Estate Sector Regulation Law, and its (RERA’s)Resolution 7 /2018 regulating Owners' Associations and Joint Properties.
RERA stressed the importance of all owners’ participation in the RVOA’s General Assembly to practise their right to vote on all items on the agenda, and elect the members of RVOA’s board of directors, who would oversee the RVOA’s work for the following two years.
RERA urged all owners to be informed about all attached documents and review them because they included all their rights and duties once they were adopted at the RVOA’s General Assembly.
