In addition, we have proposed a few schemes to modify the balcony drainage in B-type villas (5-bedroom) to improve efficiency and prevent blockages. These modifications can also be applied to other villa types. As you have noticed that the rainfall over the past two years have exceeded the average rainfall by far.
