Postponement of the General Assembly meeting to Saturday, August 19, 2023

Kindly be informed that the 4th RVOA General Assembly meeting, which was held yesterday on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 7:00 pm, did not meet the legal Quorum required to hold the meeting.


Accordingly, the General Assembly meeting was postponed to Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 7:00pm in Riffa Views International School, and this second meeting does not require a Quorum, as it shall be validly convened by presence of any number of members.


We invite you to attend this meeting, if you are unable to attend the meeting, you can participate by voting on the resolutions in the voting paper (click here), which includes all the resolutions that will be voted on in the General Assembly meeting. We ask you to fill out the voting paper and send it back by e-mail no later than Thursday, August 17, 2023.

تأجيل عقد اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الرابعة للاتحاد إلى يوم السبت الموافق 19 أغسطس 2023

نفيدكم علماً إلى أن اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الرابعة لاتحاد ملاك الرفاع فيوز الذي عقد يوم أمس السبت الموافق 12 أغسطس 2023 في تمام الساعة 7:00 مساءً لم يتحقق به النصاب القانوني المطلوب لعقد الاجتماع.


وعليه تم تأجيل عقد الاجتماع إلى يوم السبت الموافق 19 أغسطس 2023 في تمام الساعة 7:00 مساءً في قاعة مدرسة الرفاع فيوز الدولية، ولا يتطلب هذا الاجتماع الثاني وجود نصاب قانوني، حيث يعتبر صحيحاً بحضور أيِّ عدد من الأعضاء.


وعليه ندعوكم إلى حضور هذا الاجتماع، وفي حال عدم تمكنكم من حضور الاجتماع، بإمكانكم المشاركة من خلال التصويت على القرارات في ورقة التصويت (اضغط هنا)، حيث تتضمن جميع القرارات التي سيتم التصويت عليها في اجتماع الجمعية العمومية، راجين منكم ملء الاستمارة وإعادة إرسالها بالبريد الإلكتروني في موعد لا يتعدي يوم الخميس الموافق 17 أغسطس 2023.
