Official delegations from RERA visiting Riffa Views

Representatives of the Riffa Views B.S.C (the developer), Riffa Views Real Estate S.P.C (Riffa Views Owners’ Association Manager) and Trowers & Hamlins (Legal Consultant) were present.

An official meeting was held between the two sides to discuss the new procedures regulating the management of joint property, within the new legislative and legal framework created following the issuance of Law 27/2017 promulgating the Real Estate Sector Regulation Law, and RERA’s Resolution 7 /2018 regulating Owners' Associations and Joint Properties.

The meeting also discussed the Developer’s preparations to hold the general assembly of the Riffa Views’ Owners Association, under the new legislation.

The delegation was informed about the components of the Riffa Views residential complex, as well as about its implementation stages.

It was also briefed about the historical background of the Riffa Views’ site plan.
