Important Notice: Update of Contact Information with Tenants

We kindly request that all owners of leased units in Riffa Views update their contact information with their tenants by filling out the e-Form (click here), which only takes a minute to complete and send to the management.

As for the tenants who have not updated their information, we would like to inform you that all old records (vehicle entry permits and mailing addresses) will be deleted starting from Sunday, March 16, 2025.

It is extremely important to update tenant information regularly to avoid the cancellation of vehicle entry permits and not receiving notifications and messages sent by the management.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

تعميم هام: تحديث بيانات الاتصال مع المستأجرين

نرجو من جميع مُلاك الوحدات المؤجرة في الرفاع فيوز ضرورة تحديث بيانات الاتصال مع مستأجري وحداتهم، وذلك عبر ملء الاستمارة الإلكترونية (اضغط هنا)، التي لا تتطلب سوى دقيقة واحدة لملئها وإرسالها إلى الإدارة.

أما بخصوص المقيمين المستأجرين الذين لم يقوموا بتحديث بياناتهم، نلفت عناية الجميع إلى أنه سيتم حذف جميع السجلات القديمة (تصاريح دخول المركبات والعناوين البريدية) اعتبارًا من يوم الأحد 16 مارس 2025، وعليه ندعوكم إلى الإسراع في عملية التحديث.

من المهم للغاية تحديث بيانات المستأجرين بصورة دورية لتجنب إلغاء تصاريح دخول المركبات وعدم استلام الإشعارات والرسائل المرسلة من الإدارة.
