We would like to bring to your attention that the Riffa Views Owners Association's Board of Directors at its meeting No. 3/2/2022 dated 24 May 2022 decided to extend the deadline of selling Additional Lands at a price of BD 10 per square foot for a period of 6 months, 31 December 2022.

Please note that effective 1 January 2023, the selling price of Additional Land will be adjusted in accordance with prevailing market price of land plots in Riffa Views.

Accordingly, the RVOA Board of Directors urges all homeowners who wish to purchase Additional Lands at BD 10 per square foot to conclude their transactions before end of the year.
