Board Meeting no. (8/2020) on March 1, 2020

The Board of Directors held its meeting no. (8) for the year 2020 on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the headquarters of the Riffa Views Company, and issued its decisions according to the items below:

1- Precautionary measures to prevent the new corona virus (Covid-19)

The Board was informed of the Association Manager sending a circular to the homeowners on 25 February 2020, which included precautionary measures to prevent the spreading of the new corona virus (Covid-19).

2- RERA remarks on the By-Laws of the Riffa Views Owners Association

The Board reviewed the letter of the RERA and decided to approve the remarks therein.

3- Value added of homeowners’ unions in joint properties

The Board reviewed the report of the Treasurer on the procedures followed by the National Tax Authority regarding value added of homeowners’ unions in joint properties. The Board decided to require the Treasurer, in coordination with the Association Manager, to prepare the accounting books in accordance with the approved procedures for calculating the value added of the homeowners' unions.

The meeting concluded at 7:50 pm, and the next meeting was scheduled to take place on Sunday 15 March 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Riffa Views headquarters.
