The Board of Directors would like to extend to all owners thanks and appreciation for their trust to elect the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners’ Association (RVOA) for the next two years 2019-2021, the Board would also like to assure you that the Board will spare no efforts to achieve what is best for the Riffa Views Community. 



And on the occasion of the New Year 2020, the Board would like to express the Board of Director’s greetings and best wishes, hoping that 2020 will be a prosperous and blessed year for everyone.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the Board has reviewed the status of payments of the annual service charges for the year 2019 and past years with the RVOA’s Manager and it has been noted that some owners fail to meet the payment deadlines, which affects RVOA’s ability to fulfill its financial obligations towards service providers.

In this regard, and within the framework of the new regulations, resolutions issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the By-laws of RVOA, we would like to call on all owners to be committed to paying their annual subscriptions on time in order to be able to deliver high quality services, and to continuously improve them, which will require paying the service providers' dues according to the terms of the agreements concluded with them.
