We invite all residents to join us in the Ramadan Food Basket initiative. We will gather in Riffa Views International School to prepare and distribute Ramadan food baskets to 100 families in need through Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society. By participating, you will help foster empathy and compassion among our community members while contributing to the spirit of social solidarity. It’s a chance to teach our children valuable life lessons about helping others and making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to RV Real Estate (Association Manager) for their generous donation towards the purchase of the Ramadan basket supplies, and to Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society for assisting in the distribution of the baskets. We are pleased to announce that registration for the Chess Academy at Riffa Views International School (RVIS) is now open for ages 6 to 18. Starting Tuesday, February 4th, the academy will meet every Tuesday from 3:10 PM to 4:10 PM. This program offers a fantastic opportunity for participants to enhance their chess skills under the guidance of Mr. Zeyad Janahi, a FIDE Chess Master and certified chess coach. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and develop the infrastructure at Riffa Views, and in accordance with the new requirements set by the Electricity & Water Authority (EWA) regarding the installation of new water meters Please be informed that the current water meter system will be replaced with a new system where meter boxes will be installed vertically on the external wall of each unit. This system will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the meter readings. A contractor has been appointed to begin implementing this project in phases, with each box installation expected to take about 3 hours. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard. Please be informed that the RVOA Board of Directors during its meeting no. 1/3/2025 held on January 8, 2025, has reviewed the Association’s budget, and agreed service charge rate of BD3.500 per square meter, which will be an agenda item during the General Assembly meeting that will be held during May 2025. The Association Manager will issue invoices for the first quarter 2025. We are pleased to inform you that homeowners can benefit from a 5% discount if they wish to pay the full year service in advance on or before January 31, 2025. This discount applies only to cash payments, cheques, or bank transfers.

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the “RVIS Winter Blast Camp” organized by Riffa Views International School in collaboration with several specialized sports academies offering activities in Futsal, Taekwondo, and Chess. RVIS will provide free trial sessions throughout December 2024. If you wish to enroll your children in these free sessions, please ensure their attendance at RVIS according to the dates and times specified in the attachments, arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Starting January 2025, these sessions will transition into regular year-round programs with nominal monthly fees, and you will have the option to register for them. This program is a fantastic opportunity worth exploring, as it helps develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy engaging activities during the winter break and throughout the year.
