The Riffa Views Owners Association grants gate passes to contractors in Riffa Views according to a systematic mechanism through which pre-requests are submitted to organise the entry of contractors and their equipment, in order to maintain the smooth flow of work, ensure security, and protect the privacy of the Riffa Views community.

The Riffa Views Owners Association reviews these gate pass issuance procedures periodically for the sake of achieving the interests of owners.
