Architectural Changes

One of the main services supervised by the Riffa Views Owners Association is handling the requests submitted by owners to make architectural and engineering changes to the existing units or un-built ones. The Riffa Views’ units are distinguished by their 22 different architectural and engineering designs that feature in the three estates.

The RVOA's Board of Directors reviews these requests to ensure that they meet requirements set in the regulations in force, in coordination with the relevant government agency, the Southern Area Municipality.
