With reference to the previous circular regarding the opening of nominations for membership of the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association for the fourth term (2026-2028), we would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting nomination applications is Thursday, 29 January 2026 . Please be advised that five (5) nomination applications have been received to date. We invite those wishing to stand for election to complete the nomination procedures before the specified deadline, in accordance with the following criteria : Be a member of the Association or a representative of a member of the Association. Not be less than twenty-one (21) Gregorian years of age, if a natural person. Be resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain. No owner owning more than one unit shall stand for election except for one unit only, and shall not nominate any other person to stand for election in respect of the remaining units. Not have been adjudged bankrupt or convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, unless rehabilitated. Have no outstanding arrears in respect of annual service charges or any other financial obligations payable to the Association. Not have received any notice of violation of the applicable rules and regulations, unless such violation has been rectified and its effects remedied.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Riffa Views Owners Association, and in view of the approaching end of the current Board’s electoral term, we are pleased to inform you that nominations will be opened for membership of the Board of Directors for the fourth term (2026–2028) . The elections will be held during the Seventh General Assembly Meeting , scheduled to take place in May 2026 . Members wishing to nominate themselves for membership of the Board of Directors are required to complete the attached nomination form and submit it via email, or submit the application to the Association Manager Office, together with all required supporting documents. The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, 29 January 2026 . Please note that eligibility to run for Board membership is open to Association members who meet the following criteria : Be a member of the Association or a representative of a member of the Association. Not be less than twenty-one (21) Gregorian years of age, if a natural person. Be resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The event welcomed residents and their guests to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere filled with fun activities, family moments, and green open spaces.

Riffa Views celebrated the Kingdom of Bahrain’s national occasions by organizing the National Day Carnival, which was held on Saturday, 20 December 2025, at the Royal Golf Club, with wide participation from residents and their guests, in a national atmosphere filled with pride and joy. The carnival, which ran from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, featured a diverse range of family-friendly and entertainment activities, along with distinctive national performances and activities suitable for all age groups. This contributed to creating a festive atmosphere that reflected a strong sense of belonging and pride in the Kingdom’s national celebrations. The carnival activities were crowned by the participation of the Bahraini Ardah, which delivered a distinctive heritage performance showcasing the authenticity of Bahraini folk arts. The performance added a genuine national character to the event, engaging the audience and bringing the evening to a close amid national chants and an atmosphere of pride and appreciation for Bahrain’s rich heritage. This event forms part of the Riffa Views Owners Association’s ongoing commitment to strengthening community bonds and celebrating national occasions through interactive programs that bring families together in a safe and enjoyable environment, while fostering the values of participation and social connection among community members.

We are delighted to share with you the highlights of this year’s Annual Service Providers Appreciation Ceremony at Riffa Views, held on Thursday, 11 December 2025, in conjunction with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Celebrations. This event reflects our deep appreciation for the individuals who work tirelessly every day to preserve the beauty of our community and uphold its spirit of excellence. The ceremony honored around 250 workers, celebrating their dedication and hard work were celebrated in an atmosphere filled with joy and gratitude, which was evident on the faces of all attendees. It was truly a special day that expressed our collective appreciation for those who spare no effort in serving the Riffa Views community. On this occasion, the Association Board extends, on behalf of all residents, its sincere thanks and appreciation to all workers who contribute to supporting our community, wishing them continued success and prosperity.

The event recorded an outstanding turnout from residents and their guests, who enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and a variety of family-friendly activities amidst the green open spaces. The event included several recreational and social activities that received wide engagement from attendees.

The Innovation Hub at Riffa Views International School (RVIS) hosted the 5th edition of the Riffa Views Chess Tournament on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with outstanding participation from residents of Riffa Views. The tournament was held under a seven-round Swiss system for two categories: Adults and Under-16. The event was organized by The Chess Gate Academy, under the supervision of FIDE Master Zeyad Janahi. This tournament is part of the sports and community initiatives organized by the Riffa Views Owners Association (RVOA). The rounds witnessed strong and exciting competition, with several matches broadcast live online. In the Adults category, player Mostafa Pajouyan secured first place, while player Nadir Ali claimed first place in the Under-16 category. In closing, the Riffa Views Owners Association expressed its appreciation to all players for their participation, to the Chess Gate Academy for their excellent organization and arbitration of the tournament, and to Sa3ada Media Team for their exceptional event coverage. The Association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing such initiatives that strengthen community bonds and promote the culture of chess across the community.

Coinciding with the launch of this year’s Tree Week activities by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Riffa Views Owners Association organized a tree-planting event of 100 trees on Monday, 20 October 2025, in the Oasis Estate, with the participation of Riffa Views residents. The event was attended by members of the Riffa Views Owners Association Board and Riffa Views Company. This initiative comes as part of the Association Board’s strategy to support national and developmental initiatives that strengthen Riffa Views’ position as a sustainable and environmentally friendly residential community, in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s goals to expand green spaces and promote comprehensive environmental development. The initiative also aims to raise environmental awareness among residents, encouraging them to help preserve green areas and enhance their sense of social responsibility toward the environment. The event saw active participation from families and children, creating a community atmosphere filled with cooperation and belonging.
